Please be aware you must have your physical ID card to enter after hours. (Someone forgot theirs) They do not accept pictures of it. Bowling was fun... the tech is easy to navigate. I loved that we could skip a person if they ran off then go back to them when they came back. That 99c ice cream sign tempted me. It was a nice treat. I wasn't expecting the scoop to be so large and tasty. The wings were good. I felt like they took forever to be ready but they call your number so you know when to go get your food. It was nice to be there with the 18+ crowd for a change.

We have visited this establishment on several occasions. Initially, when it first opened, our experiences were consistently positive, and the staff was always very welcoming. The crane games operate as expected, and we have no concerns in that regard. However, we have encountered some issues with the ticket-dispensing games. On one particular visit, a ticket game froze after deducting our credits. A kind gentleman assisted us, restarting the game and providing a complimentary credit. We subsequently won the jackpot, but unfortunately, the tickets did not register on our card. We sought his assistance again, and he advised us to wait five minutes to see if the tickets would load. Despite waiting, nothing appeared on our card. Unable to locate the same employee, we spoke with a manager. The manager stated that he was unable to assist us, as there was no proof of our jackpot win since we didn't take a video or photo. We informed him of the name of the employee who had helped us previously. He declined to award us the tickets and instead offered two complimentary swipes on other game. Overall we spent a good time here. Some feedbacks: 1. Timed unlimited play is very limited. I recommend we can have different tiers. For example $15 per hour can cover other games with no tickets provided. 2. A lot of VR machines are not well maintained and oos. 3. A lot of kids are occupying the arcade machines without actually paying / playing. May need management to step in. Good thing: 1. Overall other arcade machines are well maintained, but some machines have really limited tickets provided. 2. Bathroom is clean. 3. Even though unlimited play is limited, but still good values.

Awesome bowling alley, arcade and yummy food! Open till 2am even on Sundays. 8 lanes of bowling. Lots of arcade, VR and chance games with prize redemption too. The food options are many and some prices for some items are very reasonable which I really appreciate. Pizza and fries were yummy. Plenty of seats and tables. All seats are super comfy. I also really like the 80s neon accents that flow from the arcade all the way into the food area and bowling alley. Anyone who is nostalgic for the 1980s arcades will be happy here. Only things missing are quarters, classic arcade games and pinball machines. Would be nice if they had a roller skating rink too! 😃 If you want a place to go out and have some fun while not spending a fortune, this is it.

So, I finally got my chance to see what this Round One location was like. It was alright, not bad at all. However, since the arcade side of the place is seemingly smaller than some of the other locations I've been to, a few games I thought would be there such as Music Gun Gun 2, Groove Coaster, Tetote Connect and World's Largest Pac-Man, were not there. Not a big deal since we don't always Get to play every game we want. However, one thing that should be pointed out. I ordered myself a double pizza slice combo. I played some games while I waited for my food to be ready, and since I gave them my phone number on the kiosk, I thought I was going to get a text on my phone letting me know that my order was done. No text, so I go to the counter to check on my order. Apparently they had "forgot" to have sent the text, or at the very least, called my order number over the intercom. So now when I do finally end up getting my food, it's now lukewarm, nearly cold. Thankfully not too cold. Overall, that was the only issue I had the whole night. I had a good time while I was here, and I think I'd come back again one day!
